Looking ahead, I see potential in the Masters Group enriching the chapter with the extensive knowledge and energy of its members. We may be a facilitator to re-engage our former leaders back into the chapter. Our members can enhance the mentorship program, serve as APR panelists and award judges and foster a collaborative environment where experienced professionals can lead and inspire.
