PRSSA Student Scholarship 2025

PRSA Phoenix will award two PRSSA students $1,000 scholarships to further their academic careers. Our goal is to support students in achieving their academic aspirations by reducing the financial barriers in furthering their college education. Scholarships funds can be used toward tuition, books, school supplies, conferences, living expenses or other school-related items.

To qualify, you must:

• Be an undergraduate or graduate student at ASU, NAU or GCU
• Be a current member of PRSSA
• Agree to write one blog post for the PRSA website by May 1, 2025, about a topic related to the PR industry. 
• Complete the following application by Sept. 26, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

This application will need to be completed in one session. You will not be able to save work and complete later.

Scholarship recipients will be notified by Oct. 3 and will be honored at the PRSA Phoenix Copper Anvil Awards on Thursday, Oct. 23 at the Peoria Sports Complex. Winning students will receive two tickets each to attend the event.

In a Google Folder or Dropbox link, please include the following documents:

1. Resume or LinkedIn profile

2. One 500-word written essay or three-to-five-minute video answering the following question:

• Describe one recent PR campaign that was successful and discuss the elements that contributed to its success.

3. Copy of school transcript (official or unofficial).

4. Contact information for two professional references.
